What is Mako EPS like? When it hits do they just stop physically growing but it doesn't affect personality, ability to learn, etc or is a Mako's brain completely frozen and they can't ever mature mentally, grow as a person, learn anything new, etc? Or something else entirely?

It's mostly up for interpretation as far as their mental growth, however most people (including me) still write their EPS as still growing mentally (personality and education-wise). They're just trapped in a child's body

Which could be quite sad if you looked at it. An Eps, mentally adult Makoatl falling completely in love with a Mako who grows, and them never being able to feel the same as all they see is a kid with a crush!

I dunno if I'd think of it like that...as it's been said it's up to interpretation but I like to think it's basically just a type of dwarfism. Think about humans with dwarfism, they still "grow" in a sense and of course mature. They are, for the most part, perfectly normal except that they are much smaller than the average person. :3
I think of Eps as just that, just a genetic thing that happens to make them stay smaller, this is just my personal view on it however.

With that being said there are those with this condition that live perfectly normal lives and date, marry and have families with average size people. There is no reason that they would never find love or not be loved back by an average sized Mako. ^-^

That's true. Please note EPS makos cannot breed or mate persay, although maybe that's just because I interpret EPS as forever children and never thought about it the way you are. I will contemplate if EPS makos can find mates or not in the future. But they will not be able to breed at all even if we allow them to find mates.

Readoption Competitions!
Unfortuantely awhile back we had to ban a member in our community and in the end they fought our Terms of Service.
We had to repossess thier makoatls since they broke the TOS
[This is a VERY rare and extreme occurrence so don't worry too much about it happening to you!]

I have three of them up and running now!
All of them come with separate art that I have to get access too again haha ;v;

If you see anyone using these makos they do NOT own them.
No one owns them currently [as far as I am aware] so don't let anyone hassle you about joining the competition.

IF For some reason; we've failed to know that some of these have been readopted out already please pm ME personally with the proof. As far as we have evidence no one in staff has adopted these ones out.
