I have a few questions about them... I hope that's okay!

I was wondering about their hooves. They don't appear cloven, but I know deer have cloven hooves. When drawing them should they have cloven hooves?

Also the trees. Do they change with the season? So like will they have flowers in the spring and have lots of leaves in the summer, start to fall in autumn and be bare in winter?

I just want to draw them accurately <3

Well, in the spring and the summer the flower on their head is in full bloom (like it's ref) but in fall and winter they're budded up.
Their leaves do not change colour BUT there are more on them in spring and summer and less in the fall and winter.

As for the hoof thing, no they are not cloven.
