There are no rules for that xD The 1 per litter thing is first mentioned on the adoptions bit and is not specified for ALL Lite litters except breeding xD (I'm just being picky xD)

Lets just say that these are normal litter lites with the worst sense of direction. It took them WEEKS just to notice they were in the wrong place!
