Don't have DA, and I was really hoping to actually get a Dee. When the summer event was up i saw all these beautiful dees and said t myself "I don't have an account on free rice but I'm sure I could get one in the future"

people put in the comments of DA submissions a filled out forum and I pick the one I like best and they win the dee

and I'm pretty sure there's some sort of word limit on those comments
to prevent spam. what if you need to write over that??

Coding isint everything xD they will be based on whats within them.
you shouldnt need to write over any amount of characters if there is one.
They wont be super hard long forms that take forever or need a lot of hard work c:
