Hazard Cats are felines with long limbs and robotic parts. Their tails are made of metal with some form of energy in the center that holds it together. Glass screens are installed into their chests that show the cats' health in the form of a heartbeat, glowing orb, or even something else. The color of the glow on the screen matches their eyes, which typically have hollowed pupils. Some cats have static on their screens, but beware. Those cats are as dangerous as they are rare. Grates are positioned on each of the cats' sides and aid in breathing. Depending on the cat, steam, mist, or liquid can come from these grates. They have three eyes, but the one in the center is almost always taped down or covered with a band-aid. This is done due to the hidden and sometimes dangerous powers that the third eye contains. Large eyes allow them to see in extremely low levels of light and their big ears help them hear potential prey miles away. Thanks to their strong legs, Hazard cats can reach speeds up to fifty miles per hour and leap near ten feet up.

Since he doesn't socialize much with other Hazards or really any other creatures, Orion speaks in a hushed and soft voice. He talks really only during the night time, to the stars, the moon, and to Rags (who is explained and introduced below), and since other creatures are sleeping he does his best to keep quiet. Orion doesn't want to wake anyone who sleeps during the night, nor does he want to alert anyone who may happen to be awake during the night hours and wandering around the area of his presence. Since so many hours go by during the day without him talking or making much noise, he can't get very loud without hurting his throat that typically results in a dull ache.

Orion happens to be the type of personality that can wait to get whatever he wants; he doesn't need it immediately, and even believes that if he has to work for something before he can have it, that makes getting the item so much better. If he is shown that he can't have what he wants, the Hazard doesn't stop in his tracks to start throwing a big fit filled with tears and screaming. Instead, he starts focusing on how he could get what he wants; he makes a plan designed to get him the object, and it may take time but he thinks that it makes finally getting the item sweeter than throwing a tantrum and not getting it at all.

Orion prefers night time over any other time of day due to the fact that the stars come out and everyone else is sleeping. He suffers from severe social anxiety and has a hard time interacting with even one of someone within the same species as him, typically preferring to hide in the trees if he has to and observe other Hazard Cats from a distance. In the case of him being found, he usually panics and gets his body into a state where it's hard to breathe before running away with tears beginning in his eyes because he's so scared of socializing. He prefers the night, where he can admire and talk to the stars without being afraid of judgement or having to suffer from his anxiety. His best friend though, who has and always will be, is his large plush owl named Rags that Orion will protect with an uncharacteristic ferocity. He loves to talk to Rags when he isn't sleeping, often curling up with her beneath a blanket of stars as he enjoys the night.

Personality // Piper is a friendly cat, although she is a bit of a tomboy! She enjoys browsing through comic books and actually loves it! More or less reading them. cx Piper doesn't mind getting her paws dirty, she happily will do things that involve her physical attention. She is a bit athletic, but she is secretly a geek! ;v; As I mentioned before, Piper loves her comic books, but she's actually really into it! The Hazard Cat, however, can be rather blunt at times. She can be adventurous, since she loves to try new things! Her creativity never ceases to end, due to that being she can be very hardworking. Piper is loyal and has a large sense of independence. Her nature can be forgiving and gentle, but that doesn't stop her more strong side. Despite all of her positive natures, Piper can be self-critical at times. She always tries to make things the closest to perfection as possible. This Hazard Cat can be self-conscious of herself, in a sense of how others judge her and what not. However, she can be childish at times. Piper loves to goof around with close friends and family, just in a fun sense.

Favorite Time of Day // The very early morning before sunrise, roughly around 1-5 am. She usually finds this the most peaceful time of day because everyone is asleep by then. Even the night owls crash around midnight and most people don't get up until 6 am. During this time, Piper finds time to intrigue herself into comic books. The world just seems a bit neutral then, as it's not a major occurrence like sunrise, sunset, or even midnight. It truly is quiet.
