So I wanted to post some updates about what's going on. I haven't been spending nearly enough time on the species as I used to, and I know it shows. And I'm seriously sorry to all of you guys, who've stuck with the species and had to deal with this lack of activity!

So what's coming up? After talking with my staff, we decided that the best solution for the oekaki vs outside of oekaki decision would be to implement both. Soon(the ever-dreaded 'soon'), I'll be drawing up an oekaki lineart, which will make it significantly easier for some artists to make new designs.

And with fresh new lines, we'll be wanting some fresh new artists! So that means that artists apps are open! You may apply to be a normal or nursery artist. Normal artists make designs and sometimes take on requests from the nursery. Nursery artists only take on nursery requests.

The Nursery is also temporarily closed for renovations as I flesh out some better rules and catch up on any nursery requests! Please be patient in this time.

You may have noticed our cover image has been updated! Not only that, but the brand new oekaki lines are all finished!

Worry not, because we're still keeping the lines outside the oekaki! This will just be another option for artists. This puts our total lineart count(including the retired and baby lines) at five! That's a lot of noodles.
