[Metallic Dragon]

Well, not gonna lie this has been a rough competition for me in many ways. Zvers are one of my very first adoptables I created and have always been pretty close to me regardless of everything.
Putting them out here like this and letting other people create their lineart has been stressful. I have been watching the entries closely, hoping that the one who wins would be both attractive and reflect well on the species in my mind since I couldn't make them look good myself.

That being said, a lot more has been considered in this judging than I originally thought. Besides the obvious requirements listed on the front page, I had to think about which lineart would be the most popular with the crowds as well as how easy I find it to design on, and of course which one I personally liked best. I consulted with one of my oldest zver adopters as well as a group of people active in the adoptable community before making my final decision. In the end, our decision was unanimous on which would be best to get the adoptables running and keep them running for a good long time.

Second Place-
Coalchaser!
This one contained all three linearts and the adolescent and baby were so freaking perfect, even my husband agreed haha!

First Place-
Tealea!
In the end, I chose these lines because I felt they would be the most popular with the community. The big eyes and squishy-ness makes them look both alien(just what I wanted) and freaking adorable. The lines look very clean and workable and after playing with them a bit I really enjoy designing on them as well.
