I have a question, I'm not an active designer here on CS but I do run my own adoption centre on Eldemore. Can I set a link to my thread there or does just the CS gallery count?

If you are talking about about using others as entries no.
anything actually to what it sounds no.
We want everyone who wants to try to be artist to get the feel of coloring in these lines, and gives us the chance to know if you are fit for the team.
If others enter coloring, everyone must!
we will look at other art if we consider you as an artist.
But we also want active people as for our team has been rather busy in the real world, we want to be sure this species can still move and not stop. It is at least my wish this species can go on for a little while longer!

You must note that there are only certain eye stripes you are allowed to do, Mustang and I just want you to know to not use the type of eye stripes "Zip-Zags" as stripes for the eyes! Please look at others for example

Do be sure that there are not 10 past the limit up for adoption at a time.
