As for names, maybe Pennabellua/Penna Bellua/Pennallua? Or Pennabrutum/Penna Brutum/Pentum? Those translates to "Feathered Beast" in Latin.

Maybe a totally random name? Like Zivo or Vinnistead or Ranovi

Possibly a more English friendly name? Like Plumed Dragons, Comose Dragons, Cespitose Dragons, Feathered Dragons, Plumate/Plumose Dragons, Velutinous Dragons?

Anyway, my suggestions for names would be:
Avigons - Combination of Avian (because it's a word commonly used when referring to things that fly) and Dragon (because this species is a type of dragon)
Featralians - name based off of feathers because that's the first thing I noticed
Ryuu - Japanese name meaning "dragon spirit" (because spirits fly, these dragons fly, idk)
Tezcacoatl - Nahuatl name meaning "reflecting serpent; king"
Adelindae - Roughly translates to "noble serpent" in Old High German. These look noble, so why not?

I searched some things in latin then combined their translations so here ya go:
Dravis = Draco (Dragon) + Avis (Bird)
((Pronounced Dray-vis))

Drequo = Draco + Equo (Horse)
((Pronounced Drek-woo-oh))

Equanguis = Equo + Anguis (Snake)
((Pronounced Ek-oo-wang-g-wee-us))

Drapilio = Draco + Papilio (Butterfly)

Paco = Papilio + Draco

I think maybe adding "Dragon to the end of it would be cool too. I especially like Paco Dragons or Drapilio Dragons. I recommend changing the spelling though so that people would know how to pronounce them and/orr if you want you can combine the latin words in a different way than the ways I came up with. :3

I have a few suggestions, I know they may seem a little silly but here they are. :-3
Saddle Dragons- this is one I believe would be kind of cute, the name comes from them being about the size of a pony.
Umer Heart Dragons - to resemble their kind, loving, warm hearted nature.
Teddy Dragons - more commonly known as the Bear Dragon or Blankets due to them being so cuddly.

Drache
'Drache' is German for dragon and this could be a unique idea if you added a bonus fact about where this species originated from and how locals or some sort named these creatures 'Drache'.

Sunēkutēru
'Sunekuteru' is a Japanese word that means 'Snake Tail'. I thought this was a cool name because it describes how snake-like they look and how they have different tail variations.

Dreigiau
Another word that when translated means 'Dragon'. However this word is Welsh and I think it is very fun to say ^_^

Volare Snake
'Volare' means 'flying' in Italian and 'Snake' means...well, 'snake'. I think this is a cool idea because there are two types that have wings even though 1 of them can't fly. But gliding could still give off the appearance of flying and I think 'Volare Snake' could be a fairly catchy name

Miel Perro
'Miel Perro' means 'Honey Dog' in Spanish and I got the idea for this name due to you mentioning they can be 'easily treated them like a dog' and that 'their diet consists mostly of fruits and nectar'. I think it is also a fairly cute name <3
