What would you do about repeated spamming?
Well spam is a very immature act that can be annoying. I would ask them to stop the spam if they had continued i would ask you if they should get a warning or a punishment that this adoptable gives.
Artists being mean to other artists?
This should not be tolerated. This is a form of bullying and should be stoped. Id pm them privatly adopt the mater and ask them to stop. Again if it is to continue I'd ask to have the person get a strike.
Hate?
Hate is a wayto show that someone doesn't agree or like the thread. This is also another version of spam. Its not needed and if its not critque it dowsnt need to be posted. I'd ask them to not contuinue posting things like so since we try very hard to make the thread fun for everyone.

Sorry if I can't try out because I'm an artist but I really want to help. (I will start on that custom soon .so sorry I had to go out of town with no tablet or electronics)
