Unfair to you by about 4 mid advents or a patchy September tier ^^
Their side is worth two mid advents or a low September around the bottom two tiers roughly

That's incorrect. Their recent store pet is worth a late '10 rare, and I believe your store pet is worth a mid '10 rare. I believe a '10 uncommon would fill the gap, but please, get another opinion, as I could be wrong.

That sounds about right. The price of pets in C$ rises very slowly, about 3C$ every few months.

It appears they have no Mid '10 Uncommons so adding a late '09 uncommon on their side,
would a 2015 Uncommon and a early 2012 Uncommon be fair? Sorry 'bout this >3<

The items are not needed on their side, so it's unfair to them rarity-wise. Although, the Cake dog and the rats don't have the best demand. ^^
