hey, i have a quick question. sorry if its been answered anywhere else, but who decides a hazard's third eye power? do we decide and ask you for approval, or do they have to be bought/won/decided by the artist, or something else? c:

i don't know about the second one, but I know the answer to the first one~ It's actually both! The artist can state it in their topic, like one of Alley's recent adopts, where she said it was an illusionist~ Most likely, the artist will let the owner decide, but sometimes it's the latter~

It hasn't actually been answered publicly, I believe =v=
The third eye power can be decided by the owner, unless the artist has specifically said what power the cat has
It would be appreciated if you run it by me because I like to make sure they're not too overpowered, but you don't have to.
Elemental powers are typically reserved for special cats, though
Some powers can be bought. For example: there was the option to buy an elemental power in the Easter Event.

No, I suppose there's probably some poor cat out there who's third eye doesn't do squat. I should probably write up some info relating to that. Powers can be inherited, yes. I hope that answers all your questions OvO

Azoth doesn't have a third eye in the sense people think of so he really doesn't have a power for example...
