You win a thoroughblood through trying for horses already up for adoption. The artist will then pick a winner based on the forms. There's no way for the public to make an adopt for themselves except customs, which are open right now. There might be a little bit of a waiting list cx

also, I would just like to say that I typically do breedings before customs, so don't worry, I'm not ignoring you.
