Hmm, how about a treasure hunt? I know a lot of people do treasure hunts, when you go exploring, and its kinda like roleplaying. Your faced with obstacles and you have to pick which option, for example:

You went deeper into the cave and found a diamond! What do you do?

-Scream like a little girl cause the diamond is scary
-Mine it
-Keep going without mining it
