- The Dollhouse is one magical area in the normal, human world. The Dollhouse looks like a normal dollhouse, but walking through the doors is a portal to another realm.
- Dolls are created in the human world through Shadows, and then eventually (usually) make their way to the Dollhouse so they can live among others like themselves.
- Humans know of Dolls, but it's considered more of a fairy tail to them, since Dolls are rare in themselves.

I was a bit curious about dollhouse information, and trying to look up dollhouse on the thread proved to not be helpful nor did looking up realm or portal or magical. So I hope this hasn't been answered already ^-^;
Is Dollhouse just one realm all dolls go to? Are there separate personal areas? Is it all interconnected? Are there multiple dollhouse portals? Is this realm outside of our understanding of physics? etc.
I know all of these might not be answerable, but I was trying to get my mind around the dollhouse realm better. Thanks!

And once dolls are in the realm, is it ever possible for them to return to the other side of the portal, as long as they have their shadow with them? owo
The Dollhouse is sort of in a different realm, but that's it. Like, all BJDs are in the normal human-world, until they travel to the Dollhouse. The Dollhouse looks the size of a normal dollhouse on the outside, but inside it's like a giant resort with rooms and doors to different dimensions and such. (Sorry if this isn't very clear, aha)
