1. Any character made from your comment is yours to do what you want with! (except claiming the art itself as your own)
2. If you want to edit the image/lines of YOUR character, ask and I'll add you to who can edit - but they aren't all really made to be edited (ex. if there are color layers that overlap due to features, the color unseen probably doesn't extend or fill the under-space or the lines may not even be usable with removing features)
3. If you want to start your own thread similar to this idea, go right ahead!
