The Random Session is currently closed. It has been since the 13th of March.

...but the newest horse that was put up is for a user for a random session that was drawn today, so how can the session have been on March 13th but the horse was only drawn today?

The random sessions are when artists create a random amount of horses with random coats and markings, for users who have asked to participate in them. WCR has been slightly back logged because a lot of the artists have stuff that isn't working, so we are starting to finally catch up on random sessions now. sjmaef5 willl post when random sessions are open again, however I don't see that happening anytime soon especially since a lot of the random sessions that have been asked for are not on the list above.
