Stranos are a large feline species that trace back to ancient Rome. Strano, or Strange in Italian, was given to them by the Romans because of how odd they looked! The were originally called Strano Besites (Strange Beasts), but that was too long so they shortened it. Measured in Hands like equines (4" to a hand), they were used as mounts for their considerable size and strong builds. Stranos are Omnivores, and eat a mixture of poultry and fruits as their main diet.

Personality: Carnivae is an odd Stranos, fierce and almost cruel, but playful. They have been likened to a cat playing with their food for their curious nature; always looking to find out more about things they are not sure of whilst remaining wary and ready-to-strike, and the intense gaze that usually accompanies their purring voice. Around others they are proud and like to act the leader, quick to refute the claims of any challengers with only the barest minimum of effort.
Perhaps dangerous would be the better term for this lithe being, who acts of royal status and fights like a demon from the depths of the void? It would certainly be a description Carnivae would gladly accept, easily satisfied by 'compliments' that stroke their ego, and particularly those that speak of them as if they are a threat.
