The man grabbed two root beers from the freezer and strode back to the till handing Karkat one, and went back to where he stood before. He opened the bottle with ease and took a gulp, "Let's just say these are on the house". Logan didn't care if that was stealing, if caught he could always repay them later. "So you were stuck on a meteor for three years, what was that about?" he asked, recalling what Karkat had ranted about earlier.

Karkat shrugged as he took the bottle from Logan, struggling with taking the cap off. He paused and looked up at him as he mentioned the meteor. "Its a long story..."
