Karkat looked back down and sighed, "Karkat...my names Karkat." He muttered quietly, before quickly adjusting his bright red Target apron. He glanced over at the freezer and nodded when Logan offered him a drink, "sure." He said, straightening up.

Logan gave Karkat a nod. Despite him saying it quietly Logan could hear him just fine. The man grabbed two root beers from the freezer and strode back to the till handing Karkat one, and went back to where he stood before. He opened the bottle with ease and took a gulp, "Let's just say these are on the house". Logan didn't care if that was stealing, if caught he could always repay them later. "So you were stuck on a meteor for three years, what was that about?" he asked, recalling what Karkat had ranted about earlier.

Rose looked over at the person "yeah" she said then saw that she threw a small picture that she always keep in her pocket. She looked at the picture a bit confused "at least I didn't pass out like always" she mumbled quietly. She was glad that the flash back didn't make her pass out but didn't like that she screamed people already thought she was crazy enough since she had wolf ears and a wolf tail. "Sorry about that" she said.

Rose was kind of confused about the question trying to figure out why the person even really cared. "I really don't know but I do have a reason to why I come in late a lot" she said. She doesn't only pass out but she doesn't sleep at night most of the time either but most of the time no one ever notices how she always looks so tired mainly because she no one ever really cares. "I'm Rosabella and I just started working here today" she said.

A bit puzzled about the umm part of her words but the Canadian shook that thought away before he gave a small and shy smile to her."So uh. Maybe want to get to know each other a bit more or something like that?" Matthew suggested. This conversation was starting to get a bit awkward to him but that wouldn't stop him from finally making a friend. His only friend that where he was from was his pet polar bear cub Kumajiro and partly his identical-twin brother. Everyone else just ignored him.
