Only official artists, guest artists, and some other staff members are allowed to create Pseudodragons. If you'd like a chance to design some pseudodragons, you will have to wait until the next Guest Artist round

It is open, and if you'd like your own Pseudodragon then you can check out some of the Open adoptables (found on the main page under the "Versions of this Drawing" section), and try for a chance to win one.

I'm very new to these pseudodragons, but I noticed they look very similar to my fursona, who has longer legs and feathered wings. I was wondering how I could get a custom dragon made, and if this question should be added to the FAQ?

Sorry, but only pseudodragon staff are allowed limited customs. Generally, if you want a pseudodragon, you will have to try out for one currently available for adoption

And, as a side note, it would be best to avoid saying things like "they look very similar to my fursona," as many might see this as a potentially accusing (though I'm sure you didn't mean it this way!).
