I love it! It's very good and the colour cheme is fantastic! The way you've cut a daffodil with the picture is fantastic, one of the best siggies I have seen!

edit; lately i've been feeling that there's something missing on my signature.

I am on my phone, and it has the lowest brightness that it can be at.
With that said, I am not sure if it is my phone, the halloween CS browser or the brightness, but I cannot really see your signature that well, I see parts of the images and that is it.
But from what I believe I can see, the layout is clean and tidy and I bet 10 bob that the colour scheme works very well together too c:
It's a different layout to the ones I see you do, and I like it a lot.

it's very tidy and neat, but i do have some problems;

the brightness of the gifs is a little too bright for me. i love them, just make it a little darker, but keep the pastel colors.
the black is nice, but to me, it just doesn't fit. maybe a pastel blue or a baby blue, to fit the gifs?
i find the text rather small, apologies. or maybe it's just my eyes.

as to what could be missing, it could be the "borders" on the sides. like, the flat colored rectangle. that's the first thing that i sort of noticed when seeing the sig.
