Hi bashful!
Basically, you can have as many Narakaris as you want - if you have enough slots. Here I'll quote Yama's explanation from the frontpage for you:
"Every user starts with one Narakari slot. That means you are only allowed to own one exemplar at the beginning. If you want more, look for a charity breeding in our breeding section (in this thread) or take a look at the contests and events in our rider's snuggery (official thread, that is linked in the first post). Slots can not be sold or gifted between users."

If you want a more detailed explanation, I did this in the past for another user already. Forgive me for being lazy (it's a sunny, warm Sunday and it's lunchtime... I'm veeery lazy right now) but here is a link to my old text:
