Satin swiveled her ears back when she heard the sounds of another fox, she stopped crying and turned "Who's there?" she shouted hoarsely, her body tense in fear of an antagonist.

Marx

A feeling of unease rose within the male, and Marx stepped back, once again hesitating as the thought of fleeing crossed his mind. There was still enough time to do so, and in his mind, they probably wouldn't give chase. Or at least, he hoped they wouldn't.

However, it seemed that Marx had taken too long to decide, as one of the foxes turned, and called out, asking whom had decided to intrude on their small gathering. A low whine sat in the back of his throat, and Marx fought off every instinct to do so. No, he would not show them that he didn't want to be there; that was probably the worst thing he could do.

Stepping out from behind the shrubs and allowing himself into full few, Marx narrowed his eyes as he attempted to scrutinise the few foxes that were up ahead. "Well, that depends." he called out in a flat tone, straightening up and looking straight ahead with an air of confidence. "If you're not hostile, someone that's just simply wanting to pass through." Marx paused for a moment, considering how he was going to continue.

"But if you have plans on causing trouble, well I think we're going to have a little bit of a problem."

Satin half kept her ears back, still uncertain "I mean no trouble, if you do not. But I would ask you a question. Do you know of any strange new plagues?"

Nymeria yawned, tugging her cloak tighter around her as the sun prodded her awake. "Idonwannagetup..." she murmered, covering her eyes. Finally, the sun got it's way and she scrambled to her feet, her father's thornback deer necklace swinging against her chest. Yawning again, Nymeria crawled out of her den, which was an old burrow of some animal she couldn't tell nestled into the roots of a lone tree in the middle of a field. She blinked in thr sudden full sunlight, and looked around foranh sign of life. Spotting a threadmouse not far off, she began stalking towards it.

Avery wandered the land near Mistlyn, almost at the marshland. She muttered to herself, hungry and tired. "If only I could find prey in this cursed land..." she growled, scratching up the grass with her claws.
