Josie is Fritz, Mike, and Nirvana's niece and is the daughter of Leelah Schmidt [Fritz, Mike, and Nirvana's half sister (no online ref)] and Vincent Carter [no human ref, but this is his wolf version - X]. (I know her last name should probably be Carter but screw logic)
Caroline Jackson [or Nightmare Tori / Nighty] is not related to any of them but was killed by Fritz/Nero.
Tori and Lithium are sisters, and are related to Fritz, Mike, and Nirvana [they share a great grandfather] and were also killed by Fritz/Nero.
Jeremy is not related to any of them, but is good friends with Mike.
Nero is not related to any of them, but haunts Fritz as a ghost and can possess him.
