Snake hissed at Snowpelt and slid out his claws. "Ya see my claws kitty? I got them from dog's teeth." He hissed threateningly.

"Snake calm down." Skysplash meowed trying to calm him down.

" I got claws too, Kitty." She hissed. She ran off into the forest so they would think that she left.

Snake sheathed his claws again and stepped back. He still glared at Snowpelt, but the threat was over.

Snowpelt thought that she would come back when they didn't notice.

Blackstream padded out of camp overnight. She saw Snowpelt a bit later. "Snowpelt! Hi!" She said as she walked over to her.

Snake growled. "Good riddance!" He said as he padded back to where they were before.

"Alright, I better go before she returns." Skysplash meowed before she whispered something into Snake's ear, "meet me here tonight." The deputy then ran off back to camp.

Snake nodded. Why am I agreeing to meet another cat? he thought. He looked up at the rising sun. "I'd better go back to my temporary den." he muttered as he walked back to the moonpool cave.
