There is an app that I use and you can get it for your laptops, tablets, ect. called Kodi. you can watch Hetalia on there!
It is kind of a big process to download it since you get over 9,000 channels, live TV, Movies, and Shows from today to many years ago! Most importantly it is all free. Just not the electricity bill for charging your device of course. :3

One of my IRL friends downloaded Animetube, and it is pretty good, so, that is what I would recommend.
