How does someone become an artist to help make the tolters?

Our current artists are either from the previous artist contest, or from when the species started. More artist contests will be held in sometime in the future, and we currently have a breeding artists competition running (link on front page)
We will also start having monthly guest artists once I get things settled and our runner ups from the previous artist competition have each had their week long stay as guest artists c:
