Dashfoot sat neat Stormstar ' s den, waiting to speak.

(Bye! And sure, I remember you did, but that was so long ago. I'll do the loners first, then the apprentices.)

Owlstar watched the cats take their seats in the clearing. "Two cats have joined our noble Clan, and have stuck with us to receive an honor: their warrior name. Arthur, Aspen, please step forward," she called.

Aspen walked to the base of the rock, holding her head high.

Arthur smirked and followed Aspen. He puffed out his chest in pride.

Stormstar looked behind him and saw Dashfoot. "Excuse me for a moment." The leader whispered to his mate and padded to his warrior. "What is it Dashfoot?" He asked.

Dashfoot shifted his paws. "Did anything seem odd with Owlstar? " he askes.

Owlstar smiled. "You two deserve your names by now. Arthur: you'll make a fantastic warrior. And Aspen: you'll make a great queen. Arthur," she meowed as she stepped up to him, "you shall be known as Firertail, for your fiery pelt and energy." Owlstar rested her head on his muzzle for a moment, before turning to Aspen. "Aspen, you shall be known as Aspenfrost, for your blue eyes and calm nature." She did the same for Aspenfrost, and she nuzzled her back. Owlstar stepped back and began the chant. "Firetail! Aspenfrost!"

"Owlstar Uh when I was talking to her Uh didn't seem like it." Stormstar meowed a bit nervous. He had this feelin with whenever he heard Owlstar he just felt odd.

Firetail meowed, "I won't let you down Owlstar." He smiled in pride as the clan chanted his name along with Aspenfrosts. He had never experienced name chanting of him own name but to him it seemed cool to be recognized for once.

OwlPaw sat in front of highrock, his gaze locked on the two cats. His tail twitched, anxiously. Would this be the moment I become a SunClan warrior? Would this be the end of my goal? He mused with mixed emotions about he subject. He minimized the thought for a while to chant along with his clan mates, "FireTail! AspenFrost!"

Owlstar dipped her head. "We hope so," she meowed. Then she turned to the Clan. "There are some apprentices that are ready for their name too..." she began, searching the crowd for Wingpaw, Honeypaw, Bramblepaw, and Owlpaw.
