It's a lineart. I looked at the original artist's rules and didn't see anything here that violates those rules. And how is the character not his/hers if she put it in her own story?
I don't know, maybe there's something I've missed, but she also gave credit to the original artist and didn't claim the original lines to be hers/his.
Edit- Sorry, I can see where you're coming at with what you posted. But I think when Dakota put "Made by me" he/she may have meant it was colored by her. (Just as a precaution to future flames Dakota, I think you should change the link in Sparrow's picture on the story topic to maybe "Colored by me".)

No, its not her character design. Yes, Sparrow the character is hers, but just not the design.
Design is thought of theft too, and I do know its a lineart, that wasnt even what I was talking
about. And if you dont mind, the big banner at the top of Oekaki forums reads, "Forum rules
Reminder: Copying another person's art without permission to reproduce their work is a form of art-theft!

They dont have permission from the original designer to use the design in a story.
It lovely art, I do like it, I just dont like that she has mistakenly broke a rule. Hey,
me telling her this is much better than loosing a warning or being banned.

yes, i meant COLORED, i MADE UP the story myself/did not copy it from someone else's. I do not own ANYTHING of this pic, I am just USING it in a story...... Idk who the owner IS anyway.
