I did read the rules, I was just a bit confused. When she says "active July 22nd" does it mean that's when it starts? Or ends?

What are chimerics?

just keep your eyes open, and remember to be polite. You would have better luck trying out for adopts or trying for a breeding.
Chimerics are when a horse has two genetically different coat colors. Good examples would be this tolter or this tolter. Realistically, this coat does not pass down, but we do things differently at bear run.
