"Nice catch there." Stormstar purred with a smile. He had now lost his battle against smiling.

"Maybe? Why do you ask?" Softfeather said to him. She watched him avidly with her dark blue eyes.

"Because he might be my brother!" Blossom blurted.

Softfeather looked at the kit in surprise before breathing out a sigh. "Fine, come with me. Both of you," she said. She flicked her tail and looked down with a soft face as the kit stayed by her shoulder with barely contained excitement.

Raven stopped and looked around at the mention of someone hurt. "I can help!" He said is a tiny voice. The kit knew of a few herbs that would help and it would make time go by faster.
