Since I have no better way of explaining it, Viscets are basically otter-ferret-kangaroo-rabbit-raptor-things.

✦This contest is for permanent artists, no guest artists, since I don't see the point in hiring people only to remove them later. And plus, I'd feel bad. (There will be guest artists later, tho)
✦Max of 3 Entries
✦No minimum time on entries; different artists with different skills work at different speeds, and I won't enforce that.
✦Actually work on your entries.
✦Obviously, no copying other entries, other artists, or our mascot Safo.
✦You may make plenty of line edits such as hair, different tails, and tufts. Since I like this species to have a wide variety, line edits will help you win just as much as having a good design.
✦On that note, you may make your own lines... I guess.
✦No bribing, begging, complaining, etc.
✦You may adopt out or keep your entries if you win, but must post again on the main thread with its image in the description to do so.

As an artist, you accept that...

✦You may make a custom for yourself or customs other artists, but official customs are not yet available. (max of owning 5 customs)
✦You must make a minimum of 1 design per 2 weeks.
✦You will be fired if neglecting your rank as artist. But don't worry, I won't fire you just because your internet goes out or school is hard; this just applies if you're active on CS, drawing and etc with plenty of free time, but neglecting this adopt.
✦Are you reading these rules? In your form if you enter, where it asks if you read the rules and terms thoroughly, say "Potato", not "yes". This is a test to see who really reads this.
✦You may monitor your adoptable however you like.
✦You may not sell for any sort of currency such as C$ or DA points. This may change, with limits.

✦If hired you will receive a more informative PM for reference if confused, this is the nice and brief, all-you-need-to-know-stuff. (I won't expect you to read it all, it'll basically be like a really detailed FAQ.)

Optional reading, not all that important.

✦Viscets can be any color o' the rainbow (but please don't splash neon and rainbow everywhere).
✦Viscets can have any type of markings, though they are usually consistent and blend well with the base (i.e. no neon red markings on green bases)
✦Their eyes have 2 rings of color. The one around the pupil is usually brighter.
✦Their top-mane and bottom-mane may be different colors.

Rarities:
✦Green is common - Red is rare - + every color in between
✦Don't worry about Red. That's only for Legendaries released at special events.
✦Mane mutations are uncommon traits (i.e. extended tail tuft, ankle tufts, cheek tufts, hair; changing gradients) Like, about yellow-green
✦Tail mutations are more uncommon, like orange (i.e. fox tails)
✦Horns and different ears are uncommon, like orange

Random things I like to see in an artist:
-Don't look at my created pets to try and find out what I like. I look for variety, meaning, something that I can't, and don't, make, but you can.
-Luv dem pastels.
-Not super simple, but super complicated, either. Well-balanced and halfway between.
