The tall tom growled as he looked around. I hate everything... his ears buzzed as he went in deep thought. I have the second highest rank in the clan, why aren't I loved? Many she cats love a tom because of power. Aren't I powerful?
He unsheathed his claws and sunk them into the ground.

SmallTail sighed as she looked at her mate. "Yes, twolegs are mouse brained anyway." She looked to the nursery as the older kits played. She cringed .Do I really want that in my life? I never want to be a lazy queen. The warrior's life is for me. she thought.
