Softfeather lay stretched out on the soft, springy ground beneath her. The she-cat flicked her tail casually back and forth while she looked about the camp before heaving a sigh. She got up and padded lightly to the camp entrance before slipping out and into the forest beyond. The warrior immediately picked up the scent of a squirrel and took off to track it. It wasn't long before she found and killed the small critter. The she-cat padded back to camp and set it on the fresh-kill pile before grabbing a small mouse and laying down to eat a small meal.

Raven shook his small head. The young kit huddled further into the bush even though the smell of the mouse kept him from going farther. Judging from the voice, he could tell the cat was older than him. If she attacked, he wouldn't be able to defend himself. The young kit finally crept forward and grabbed the mouse and dragged it back towards the bush where he attacked it with enthusiasm.

"My name is Blaze, and you?" She responded facing the cat.

"I'm Scarredpelt." He said as he puffed his chest. Trying to look macho XD

Scarredpaw- She smiled '' I knew you were hungry..'' she trailed off , for some reason this kit reminded her of herself when she was a loner , starving , wandering through the woods, The cruel taunts of her siblings rining in her ears. To her suprise a loud sob rose in her throat but she just shook it away and focused on this small kit '' Whats your name?''

Raven shook his head back and forth again at her question. Finally, in a meek voice, he replied. "I'm Raven," came out in a raspy whisper from vocal chords not used for a while. Raven pushed the remains of the mouse away and went back to huddling against the bush, feeling the twigs dig into his skin and pelt.

Scarredpaw- '' nice name'' she mewed simply , before picking the kit up quite cumsily. She sort of struggled her way to camp , her eyes narrowed with frustration

Raven mewed a protest and began to struggle, but this cat was stronger than he. The young kit batted his paws wildly at the air, but it did no good. With a struggled sigh, he finally just went limp in the she-cat's grip. He blind gaze focused on the ground below though all the kit could really see was a black screen.
