I think you should put a limit on 1 PS a day, even when there is two litters
so more people can get them

I don't think there is any reason to change the rules that have been on here forever.

This will make it a little more fair. You have to be pretty lucky to get on right when the litter(s) is/are posted, and even if you are you have to be quick to get a PS. Another thing that could be done is that litters aren't posted together: instead, one litter is posted, then another a couple hours or even days later. We all have real lives, and it isn't fair to those of us who have busier lives if we have to compete with people who have lots of free time and can just stalk the thread. I've been one of those stalkers many times too, and I understand their point of view, but I still think something should be done.

(Sorry, that was a bit of a ramble...and I'm sorry if I seemed like I was complaining, I didn't mean it like that.)

I know this conversation has ended already, but I just want to say something real quick ^^ c:

For those who don't know, PS actually has set release days. c: It makes it much easier for you to adopt if you know what day a litter will be added. Yes, sometimes litters are small and people take one from each, but try and think about it this way: let's say there are two big litters of amazing design. You want one from each, but there's a limit of one per user. But by the time you decide on one, both have been taken and the users don't want to trade them. That right there happens to me a lot on other adopts, and that's why you can adopt one from each litter. c: With being able to adopt from both, you can get both the PS'es you want, and if another user wanted one you took, you could always do the nice thing and trade it to them, or breed it and give them a baby<3

(btw, release days are Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday c: Today we'll be posting a litter, though, because it's PS'es two year anniversary!)
