Shadowpaw lashed his tassel angrily, and stormed into the apprentice den, muttering something about Sky not being "fit" to become a warrior.

Owlstar rolled her eyes at the apprentice. "Sky," she announced to the Clan, "will train with us, and will receive his warrior name when he is ready."

Shadowpaw curled in his nest, watching Sky with narrowed orbs."Kittypet!" he thought to himself as he heard Owlstar saying Sky would join the clan.

The apprentice followed his mentor through the forest, thinking. Some about StarClan and some about the clan. As DappleBriar checked on him, he lifted his gaze from the ground to her, displaying a small smile across his lips as well. This must be the new area they were hunting so he gave a little sniff.

Misty hesitated, she couldn't betray her two legs by running away, even though the forest made her curious. She leaped down from the window sill and padded to the warm stove where her upright was cooking lunch.

He huffed as he listened to the meeting, his tail twitching in irritation at Shadowpaw's words. Sky could be as great of a warrior as the rest of them... He was sure of it! The sleek, dark apprentice tried to think of something to say to his fellow clanmate before he disappeared into their den, though he decided to hold his tongue. He definitely didn't want to deal with anything tonight. Any arguement would just make him stressed for the next moon.

Looking back up to Owlstar, he gave a small nod in agreement. "I don't care if the entirety of this clan didn't accept you, Sky. I would still be willing to welcome you as a part of SunClan. I may be young, but I can tell a good cat from a stupid, evil one." He mumbled.

The she-cat blinked as she watching him, purring in amusement as she gave a small nod. "Definitely~ I'm loving this warmth." After moving to a spot where the sun shone through the trees, she smiled slightly as she sunned herself for a few moments- before scenting a squirrel. Immediately, she dropped into a crouch; her pale green eyes narrowing in concentration as she tried to pinpoint where the rodent was. She then began to stalk forward, soon able to see the squirrel. She grinned and pricked her ears before dashing forward, startling the squirrel so badly it squeaked and dropped the acorn it had been nibbling on. It then dashed towards the nearest tree, though Spottedtail was right after it. She wasn't going to let it escape her paws again after she was right on top of it.... and luckily, she could climb trees rather nimbly.

Luckily for Spottedtail, one of the squirrel's paws didn't quite catch on the bark, and it practically fell into the small she-cat's jaws. She then climbed back down the tree after perching herself on a branch and turning around. Landing softly on the ground, she killed the rodent (which was still squirming in her jaws) with one gentle bite. She then closed her eyes as she lay it down and whispered her thanks to StarClan.

Sky looked at Shadowpaw and narrowed his eyes then hissed, "Owlstar's right. Firestar once was a kittypet named Rusty. He joined the clan, becoming a apprentice. Would you say the same thing?"
