Just a question:

When the rule says "One breeding per month", does that mean that the day your form was submitted is the month in question, or the day the NB was 'born' is the month? (Eg: submitting a form at the end of one month and the bean being made in the next month, does that count as the breeding used for the second month already?)

It goes from the day the child was posted o v o <3 So whenever the baby has been around for a month, (ex; a bean being posted on the 2nd of February, the parents would be able to have another ticket submitted on the 2nd of March as long as they have not hit the breeding limit) another ticket may be posted.
