Soon the leader stood up and padded out of his den. Birdstar went across the rocks and started to pad around the main land of the camp.

Darkfern walked out of the warrior den. He sniffed the air. Fresh-kill was brought while he slept. Darkfern walked over to it and grabbed a small mouse. He strode towards the warriors den. He stopped at the side of the den and silently ate the mouse. After he was done, he cleaned himself and watched the rest of the clan.

Goldenkit ran out of the nursery. He tripped over a small rock and landed in front of the drinking pool. He got up and ran to the fresh-kill pile. Golden-kit took a fish and ate it quickly. He ran back into the nursery.
