(I've still been on each day, but in my opinion it may be best to do the archive alphabetically. That's just me, I suppose I should contact the other archivist. A hiatus is fine!)

Doing it alphabetically is impossible. It will be done, then more people will need to be added, then what? That's why there's a 'contents' of sorts that will make sure people can navigate through the posts and that will be alphabetical.

Have a letter per post with more than one name per post (like follows)

1st post: the alphabet, each letter linked to a post

2nd post: A (followed by any usernames that start with A)

3rd post: B (followed by any usernames that start with B)

4th post: C (followed by any usernames that start with C)

I believe each Flightling has a code word next to it that you must type in at that space.

Quick update because derp ~ read only if interested

So I put the thread on Hiatus because of the disorganization.
Not only are all the Flightlings disorganized with ownership, information, stats and such, but the physical files are disorganized.
There is a seperate file for so many things and I need to figure out how to put it all into one file that will be easy to deal with so that I can not only create them without losing stuff and messing up everything, but also make it easier to edit the statbars after experience is gained~

When I first created this I wasn't sure if I wanted to do the Cloud Arena or not because I knew it would be difficult to handle for obvious reasons (editing, managing, etc.) but now that I understand what it's going to be like I need to create a separate thread to help manage everything.

So pretty much my list of things to do:
1. get the archives up because all the Flighlings need to be organized for me to edit things properly because right now with only 20 or so existing I already can't keep track of anything.
2. I need to add the statbars and edit the statbars and change the existing codes, but this cannot be done until the archive is up to date (completed)
3. I need to compile all the files for organization
4. Complete the linearts for Flutterwing and Dragonwing Flightlings (they will be released at the same time)
5. Add the items (will be added once everything else is in order because they will really mess up everything with files once I add them)
6. Draw up the special releases (will be part of an event, but won't happen for a while)
7. Start up customs

In other words there's a lot I am planning and a lot I need to do to get stuff up and running normally again.
I cannot end the hiatus until step 3 is complete, so I may have to extend the hiatus until further notice.
The extension will depend on myself and the two archivists, but could last anywhere up to a month if everything is not done quickly enough.

Do not worry, if you are wondering, the thread will not close or be forgotten, I just need to organize everything.
This is what happens when I'm too eager to begin, I don't do things properly and I mess everything up.

It would be a little strange to forget about past litters. And it's not that hard, I just need the codes and information. Does that make any sense?
