I have taken a look at the Archivist applications.

& @XandraT8
will be my two archivists
You two are the only ones who need to read the rest.
I chose as quickly as I could, mostly because the archive REALLY needs to be done, soon as possible so here's what gonna happen for you two.
XandraT8 will be in charge of the second post which will have the links to each of the different archive posts for each person, like in her examples. You will be responsible for linking all the posts. It can be the same with the alphabet, special signs and numbers, but include, at the top a staff part with links to the staffer's archive posts. Both your archive and zmzmzmzem's will be included.
You will both do the separate archive posts, but to save confusion you will be split alphabetically
XandraT8 will be in charge of #s through to l
zmzmzmzem will be in charge of m through to special signs (like ~, *, @, etc.)
You can each do your own archive post, regardless of letter.
You will also both be in charge of maintaining the archive posts you have created and updating them, which shouldn't be too hard.

On the
archive post I have already created, you will see some archive post examples I have already created, for three separate people. One is mine. Two of them you can recreate as posts, but leave mine, I will post it myself and maintain it myself.
Please follow the format of these precreated examples. They are what I want the posts to look like. You can tweak them a little, but keep it consistent, they should all look the same. They look like that to keep them tidy and easy to navigate for people looking at their archive post.
Last but not least, you will both received a free custom once I've opened up the customs and XandraT8 can have first pick of one Flightling when you find one you like. You will both also get 50 free cloud coins for the time being.
