I'm pretty sure that's an old message because if you look on the front page, the customs are full, and the title says it is closed. Tabbi also said that they were closing customs for a while so they could get some done.

Yes of course! I am sorry I've been so behind, we have a school eistefodd on. if you don't know what that is think : homework project for every subject. and I have a week to finish. and I have only done 3. Hence the huge shortage of kitties, which I am really sorry about.
