WHAT IS A POLLUX PUDDING DRAGON?
A Pudding is a fairly large creature that resembles a cross between a pangolin and a dinosaur. They have an armor-like shell on their bodies that come in a variety of sizes and colors. Puddings are omnivores and have their own preference for foods as some prefer plants over meat and vice-versa. Puddings also enjoy sweets and dessert, they seem to be really fond of pudding. All Puddings have at least one element that determines what physical traits and powers they have.

Hey guys! Things have been a little around here, but Puddings
will be returning soon with a clean slate! They are currently going through a bit
of a revamp in which the anatomy itself will be fixed and more accurate. The
thread will also be revamped along with new mascots and Pollux Pudding Staff, so if
you're interested be ready to try out!

Rules, Guidelines & Bans

If you are banned:
◆Your Pudding cannot be aged
◆We reserve the right to readopt your Puddings
if you are permanently banned. (1/31/15)
◆You cannot:

-In any way gain a new Pudding poly
-Participate in events
-Breed your Puddings
-Revamp or change the design in any way
-Use any previously won event items
-Post on the threads

Main rules:
◆Each person may keep up to 6 Puddings, staff can have 7
◆Do not claim ownership of someone else' Puddings
-Co-owning is also not allowed!
◆Respect staff and other users
-Don't bully others
-Please do not whine or guilt trip about losing a contest
◆Please do not ask to be a staff member
◆Do not create your own Pudding
◆Do not spam
◆As creator and owner of this species, I can give customs
to people on occasion, please do not ask for one or
complain if you don't get one!

Revamps, aging, and edit rules:
◆Do not edit or revamp the design of your Puddings yourself
◆Small changes can be made to the design with the artists permission
and must be approved by the same artist
◆You can age your Pudding or have an artist age it after
owning it for 1 month
◆You may not change the element of the Puddings
◆Small fringes can be added to the Pudding without permission,
bangs and hair will need the original artists approval

Readopting/Gifting:
◆DO NOT sell your Pudding if you no longer want it
◆PM the original artist and you can either:
-Gift the Pudding to someone of your choice
-Put the Pudding up for re-adoption
-Have a staff member put it up for re-adoption
◆Runner ups cannot be made for a re-adopt contest
◆Please pm the proper archivist so they can update the archive!

Egg/Baby(age 0-4): Rabbit sized
Child(5-12): Lion cub sized
Teen(13-19): African Wild Dog - Gray wolf sized
Adult(20 +): Siberian Tiger - Polar bear sized

◆Puddings mate for life
◆There are some Puddings with more than one element but these only happen in the nursery and customs
◆PPS: The Pudding will remain baby or teen sized at an adult age but cannot breed
◆Baby Puddings hatch with shells that cover their whole back and neck which allows them to roll into a ball and protect themselves.
◆Puddings are distantly related to dragons, which could contribute to their dragon like appearance and variety of abilities such as flight and fire breathing.

Special Puddings:

◆Plain fur: Puddings with a single coat color are extremely rare!
◆Void Puddings: Void Puddings have longer bodies, claws, and whiskers. They all have thick long manes and special powers unique to them.
◆Bob & curl tails: Bob and curled tails are rare

Fire
Puddings with the Fire element can survive in higher temperatures than their counterparts.
In the wild, these Puddings can be found in rocky or hot climates (ex: deserts, etc.) They
can grow spines on their shells and usually have thicker scales making up their shells than any
other element. Out of all of the elements, Fire Puddings have the largest claws which are
assumed to be used for digging through rock. Fir Puddings also have pyrokinesis and can
breathe fire however this is primarily used for cooking, light, and helping keep babies warm.
Rarely used for violence, unless it's for self defense.

Water
Most Puddings with the water element have fins located somewhere on their body and they
all have webbed toes. Unique to this element, they have smooth skin like a salamander.
They can survive on both land and in water. Water Puddings can live in both fresh and salt
water, both deep and shallow. They do not possess night vision so underwater however some
Puddings who come from the deeper parts of the ocean can also produce their own light like
angler fish and some jellyfish. Water Puddings also have hydrokinesis and can also produce
streams of water from their mouths.

Earth
It's pretty easy to identify an Earth Pudding. Majority of them have plants or mushrooms
growing on their shells but some even have rocks and gems growing on their shells. Earth
Puddings are immune to plant and mushroom toxins so these growths don't have negative
effects on their health. If removed or broken off, the growths will simply grow back. Unlike
the other elements, the type of growth determines their powers. Puddings that have a rock
or gem on their shells, for example, lapis lazuli or diamonds, they can control rocks and...dirt.
(Don't mess with these guys rocks don't seem very funny when you're being pelted with them)
Those that have mushrooms or plants on their shells can control plants.

Air
Puddings with the Air element are currently the only ones capable growing wings. They usually
have feathers growing somewhere on their body, the feathers commonly being down feathers
which gives them a fluffy appearance. Air Puddings may also have 'cloud like fur', the fur is
soft and light and appears like cotton candy. Air Puddings are also able to fly, even if they do
not have wings. The also can control wind and gas with aerokinesis.

Why would you like to be a mod? I've been waiting for this species since you previewed the lines and I'm super super excited now that they're up - I love the concept and everything about this species and aah everything!
