Not exactly - I'm just putting up my EBW for breeding. For example, if some one wanted to breed with Coal, since he's up for breeding, they can put they'd like to breed with Coal. If the EBW's not up for breeding, you can PM the owner and ask. If it's already breeding with someone else, then it can't breed for a while. Does that help?
