Hy there, I'm SkyBug. I usually go by Skye though, it's just a nickname of mine so it stuck online as well. I'm currently learning to use BBCoding more properly than just left and right allignment, I'm also trying to figure out how to use more of the tools on photoshop. I'm involved in many fandoms, some of which include any and all Marvel heros, Percy Jackson, The Maze Runner, Harry Potter, and Supernatural. These are just a few as I have a TV problem, mostly I'm kidding but I do start alot of movie/tv series. I never really know what to write about myself except for the fact that I'm on open book so if you want to know something just ask and I won't hesitate to answer.

I've been a backseat supporter for the POL for a few months now. I sit back and see pets come in and out. I see happy users because they've gotten the kennel they tried out for. I also root for some specific pets to get homes. I enjoy the revamp contests that are held, even though I'm a terrible artist. So I think it's finally time for me to try and adopt some for myself and I was both happy, yet sad, that there are several character still here that I've had my eye on for a while. Sky happens to be one of them. She is a great, natural looking character who I enjoy because she has a great potenial story in line with my current characters. It's weird to say you want something because of a story that could come out of it but I guess that means she'll be used so it's a good thing.

As I mentioned before she'll be a new character I devlope and throw into a story about another character who needs a friend. Specifically my boy Chester. He is a working dog himself and would love to have a friend. He is pretty closed off outside of work and even though they are in two seperate lines of work, I believe Sky and Chester will be great friends eventually.

Sky, I had originally planned to change her name. Though I couldn't come up with anything even a little bit better for her, Sky just works and I'm not sure why but if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Female. Her rules say that it can not be changed, but I wouldn't have changed it anyways. Sky just has one of those looks that seems to scream female character.

Like anyone and everyone Sky has some favorable traits, as well as some not so favorable traits. For starters, she is a very caring fae and this allows her masters to be very trusting of their hard little worker with their many sheep. Along with her warm heart is a need for perfection. If things don’t go the right way the first time Sky isn’t happy and wouldn’t rather fix it herself than use the help of those around her; she feels as though others will just make things worse instead of fixing them. On a more positive note this aussie is very adventurous and loves to just leave the house for the day and head out to a nearby wooded area. She’s been out there many of times, but it still feels new to her each and every time she goes out.
With every positive comes a negative. One of Sky’s is that she is a bit over protective of her belongings, which include her family and the sheep. Some people may see being protective as a good thing, but in Sky’s case it’s a bit of both. While she can be the family’s guard dog, she also reacts to some that do not pose a threat which causes her to get scolded a lot. Another trait from her negative side is that she is very compulsive. Though she prefers for things to be done right, this fae doesn’t always think things through first which has led to more trouble than she would like to admit. These are not all of her traits, either positive or negative, but they are her most visable ones. Those who know her more, could list more, while those we have just met her, could only list these if not less.

As a working dog, Sky has had a fairly normal and usual history. Born on a farm with her 3 brothers, she was the only girl in her litter. Together the four of them played hard and explored all of their surroundings, getting into more trouble than wanted along the way. This was a daily routine until the pups came of age and were ready to be adopted out to their new homes. Sky’s eldest brother, Scotty, was the first to go. As the other 3 puppies watched their leader leave they wagged their tails not knowing it’d be the last time the 4 of them were together. The next to go was her youngest brother, Scooter, who was not too thrilled with the idea of leaving his mother’s side. Yet he left, leaving Sky and her last brother, Scout, in the barn together. A few days past as Scout and Sky continued to create chaos everywhere they went, no adopter had come for either pup yet; until later that day that is.
A young couple adopted Sky from the farm, turns out they lived on a smaller farm just a few miles down the road and were looking to take the next step in their relationship. While the pair wasn’t ready for children by any means, a puppy would serve as a nice replacement. Happy with her new family the little fae grew up fast and smart, so when Melissa and Brody decided to raise sheep, Sky would be ready to help the best she could.

After about 3 and a half years of herding sheep, it became easy; though Sky became a bit lonely. Melissa and Brody had not only gotten married, but also had their first child. This left Sky a little out of place. Sure the Heart's still cared for her, but they just didn't have the time anymore. One day when the baby was sick, Melissa didn't want Brody around it because he'd just gotten over a terrible cold; so instead of being at the house he took Sky to a new dog park the city just opened. There is where she met Chester, another working dog. He and his partner had the day off and were hanging at the new park as well. The dogs almost instantly had a friendship connection, and their friendship led Brody to becoming friends with Officer Bruce Williams. Sense moving to Waynesborrow with Melissa, Brody hadn't had the time to make many friends and was glad the dogs decided to bump into each other.
Now twice a week Sky, Chester, Brody, and Bruce meet at the dog park to hang out. Sometimes Bruce will join Brody and Melissa at their house or he'll drop Chester off for a play date, though what matters to Sky is that she no longer feels alone. Together she and the German Shepherd race through nearby fields and trees, to the aussie it feels like the old days; just her and her brothers. Although now it was her and her kind of brother. That’s what Chester was to her, a replacement for her lost brothers. He didn’t mind as he wasn’t looking for anything more than friend ship anyways, his heart belonged to another fae, leaving Sky was just a friend.
Chester, is a purebred German Shepherd who was trained in law enforcement. He is very young at only two and a half years old. As of now he is only a simple k-9 unit with the local police officers, and his handler is Officer Bruce Williams. Though he and his handler get along, Ches is only furthering his training as a k-9 so he can continue on. The overall goal set by his breeder was for him and his siblings to be k-9 units in the army.
