What seems to be the problem with Java? I've had trouble with it occasionally myself, so maybe I could help.

Well, I have it downloaded but ut doesnt seem to want to work with the new chibi paint. It says I need to download Java. So I switched to the old one on here, and it says there is an error.. It seems to be something with the java plug in..

Hmm, that's a tricky one.

Well, there's the basic options - you can uninstall any versions of Java you have and then reinstall, or try clearing the browser's cache. You could also disable Java in your browser and then re-enable it - that worked when it kept freezing Firefox on me for no apparent reason. Or have you tried all of that already?
