Yes, I remember most crystal-hooved Narakaris had this feature written out clearly in their description. I bought my beloved Lyrium because of it:


Still, I think I can understand Teeze's point quite well. But also the thing about "hunting" for unnatural or special features as I have seen a lot of fighting and bad language in other adoption threads. I have to admit, though, I am now strolling through all the 2nd archives in the Meadows to find little details on others Narakaris. Never thought much of it, I think I'll have a closer look from now on!
(Not to start hunting for them but just like a little finding game...)

Just curiosity, but if you breed to a kari with crystal hooves, does it pass down?

It might be passed down, yes. If both have crystal hooves the foal will definitely have them, too. With only one parent there is still a chance it will be passed down.

I think there are just two things that cannot be passed down and one that needs both parents with this genes.

1) Chimeras can't pass their chimeric coat down
2) Obviously scars can't be passed
and
3) for a manchado foal both parents need to be manchados
