The limit is 2 untrained Neravontiis, so just be sure you fully train them before adopting a 3rd. You always send payment to the creator of the Neravontii unless it's posted to be sold by an owner the payment is sent to the previous owner selling the Nera.
BTW yes this is the correct place for you to post this.

It should be fine to just send as for you've said you wanted them here, then just wait and till they have approved through trade
But as long as your not adopting a Stallion without a Fully Trained or have 1 untrained and adopting 2, your fine
If Steam decides they'd like you to adopt only 1 they'll just notify you. but feel to send

Steamturtle is the artist of that one, you(and everyone else) can find the artist by clicking on its tag Underneath the adoptions page or the Tagged Neravontii page and seeing who posted it
