I loved the feeling when the clock struck 12:00 knowing that it was a new year. It will never again be 2014. I was both excited and a bit frightened, knowing that I had another long year full of opportunities ahead of me. I got that rush that you got when you rode a roller coaster and it just hit its climax. That's my favorite thing about New Years. Experiencing that same rush time and time again.

In my town, we drop a giant metal pine cone, so I like going out there with my friend( s ) with $40 and buying some candy from the Sweet Shoppe and some hot cocoa across the street from that, then staying for both drops with my camera, and re-watching it in bed at 5:00 in the morning until I pass out. c: So, I think that this should be her favorite tradition! <3
