Characteristics and Mutations

They have the hardy body of the Percheron with a naturally cropped tail, the sleek wavy hair of the Friesian Horse and the color characteristics of Spotted Drafts, along with the tall stature with heights reaching as high as 18.3hh

They can be found in virtually any horse color possible but despite the fact that they are often broken in color, they tend to not posses blue eyes, the gene mutation that causes typical blue eyes is very hard to come by, and so they are normally decorated in all sorta of shades of brown

Foals are a bit different then the adults, they are born stocky and grow into their muscle mass
And their legs are sometimes really long, sometimes newer breeders see this as a good sign of a tall brood or stud, as taller broods and studs are more desirable in shows and breeding. However the long legs are normally a sign of late future growth spurts, meaning you would have to wait an extra time more after average maturity to know their actual height.

An average filly is born at 7-8 hh
An average colt is born at 9-11 hh

Adoption

Foals cannot be adopted, they are too young to be moved from their dam's side
It's very unlikely for a mare to die while nursing a foal, and for the first six weeks of the foal's life she will be super aggressive, this time could be more or less, it depends the mare you're working with

Foals must stay with their owner until they are weaned (aka transferred) after that the owner is free to gift/sell/adopt out/etc etc the foal

Please make a barn, as it will be hard for you to keep track of all your ADH and it makes things for us easier :3 since the system will be refreshed often, once the DH is adopted, it's up to you and the archivist to keep track of your/the adopted ADH. Archivists, I will mail the image links and forms to you for the archives to help make sure they do not get left behind.

Breeding

Breeding must be between a stallion and a mare
You must have permission from the owner of a ADH you don't own before breeding
There's no limit to how many breedings each mare/stallion can have
An ADH must be mature before they can breed :: An average ADH stallion matures at 3 mare mature at 4
Only 1 breeding per open session per user, so when the nursery opens you can only breed once
You may not ask for ANYTHING specific, the choice is completely mine
No inbreeding
There's no twins
Please post transfer form in the nursery
Transfers are free

transfers are endless, however you cannot ask for more than one transfer each session it's open

If you break any of my rules you must suffer the consequence whether it be as minor as temporary time out or as major as banning and removal of ADH
-There's no limit to how many ADH you may own
-be respectful to everyone both staff and customers alike
-if you have any questions or concerns please message me or one of the mods
